He serves or has served as Board Observer or Board
Member on the Company Board of Directors of On Line Anywhere, Bay Packets,
vEngines, Pace SoftSilicon, Coaxial Networks and Kenati.
Over the past 23 years Dhimant has held executive
management, marketing and engineering positions in Silicon
Valley and has been an active Angel Investor since 1997. In
1991, Dhimant founded Media Computer Technologies (MCT), which developed,
manufactured and marketed full motion video ICs, boards & software used
in PC and Consumer Electronics markets. In 1995 MCT was acquired by C-Cube
where he continued, until 1998, as the Vice President of Systems
Engineering and later as the Vice President of New Market Development for
Asia Pacific. Prior to MCT, Dhimant was Manager of graphics and multimedia
engineering at Chips and Technologies where he led the design and
development of Graphics Accelerator, Multimedia Video ICs and software that
integrated motion video and graphics on a PC display.
Dhimant received MS in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan,
Ann Arbor and BS in Electronics Engineering
from the SUNY, College at Buffalo.
Dhimant is a TiE Charter member and serves on Board of US-India Venture Capital Association in Silicon Valley.
Bipin A. Shah, Managing Partner
Bipin Shah, co-founder of INC3 Ventures, has over 30
years of experience in various technical and executive management positions
at Fairchild Semiconductor, and Altera Corporation. Most recently, he was
the CEO of Invox Technology, a start up that developed multi-level Flash
memory storage technology. He was with Altera Corporation from its early
inception in 1984 for 13 years where he held positions of Vice President,
Operations, and President of Altera Japan. He was with Fairchild
Semiconductor from 1973 to 1984 in various Engineering, Manufacturing,
Quality Reliability and Business Unit Management capacities. He has
invested in start ups since 1996 with three successful exits to-date.
Bipin currently serves on the Board of Directors of
SpeedDev and is a past Director of TiE Silicon Vally. His part Board
positions includes On Line Anywhere, Paxonet and Intruvert. He is one of
the founding Charter Members of TiE. Bipin holds a MS degree in Electrical
Engineering from University of Wisconsin, Madison,
and a BEE (Hons) from Jadavpur
